We prepare clients for fitness training by first correcting issues that are likely to lead to pain or injury. These may include tight muscles, joint pains, cramping, headaches, or chronic hazardous movement patterns. Next, fitness is enhanced through increasingly vigorous functional exercises in all planes of motion. We train our clients to use muscles, bones, and motor nerves more optimally.
