Make your body work better. Improve your quality of life. We help our clients to gain pain free range of motion. We prepare clients for fitness training by first correcting issues that are likely to lead to pain or injury. These may include tight muscles, joint pains, cramping, headaches, or chronic hazardous movement patterns. Next, fitness is enhanced through increasingly vigorous functional exercises in all planes of motion. We train our clients to use muscles, bones, and motor nerves more optimally. Endurance, strength, stability, cardio-respiratory stamina and overall health may be dramatically improved. Training is done one on one and in small groups. Call or email for a free assessment.
