Event Navigation
1) Pick up a STAR Passport at participating businesses.
2) At point of transaction present the passport to receive a stamp
3) When all 5 points are completed, drop off the passport at the Black Mountain Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center
4) A drawing will be held Dec 6, 13 & 20 for a $100 prize.
5) You may enter as many passports that are completed.
6) A financial transaction must occur to receive a stamp
