Losses and Invitations During Transitional Times: A Discussion with Psychologist Jeannie DuBose
Wednesday, September 30 6:30-7:30 pm / a free virtual program via Zoom
2020 has exposed an exceptionally challenging sense of loss and uncertainty as our communities continue to struggle with issues surrounding COVID, and racial and political division. Jeannie will provide a normalizing framework for the high-voltage feelings that often accompany loss and explore the invitations for hidden gifts that can emerge during transitional times. Whether you are experiencing a personal loss, feelings of uncertainty, or are looking for ideas for moving forward, all are welcome! She will offer insights from a variety of sources and will share her rich bibliography on this topic with viewers.
