Outdoor Yoga & Flowers Workshop
Bloom into summer with a seasonal experience of yoga and flowers. Start with a gentle and accessible, slow flow yoga practice along the shore of the pond, followed by a walking meditation into the gardens where we will have tea and explore the seasonal blooms. Learn tip and tricks for flower cutting and floral design, and then harvest and create a seasonal bouquet of your own to take home. Tea, flowers, vases, and floral arranging supplies are provided.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Details and directions will be sent once registration is complete.
