Visions of Creation Gallery and Studio features the Avant-Garde collection of ROBERTO VENGOECHEA, one of Western North Carolina’s premier jewelry designers, owned and operated by Roberto and his wife June. VENGOECHEA’s designs showcase futuristic and contemporary fine jewelry, specializing in custom work (bring your own stones). These innovative creations defy the conventional forms and genres of jewelry, yet are practical in their form and fit. Originally created in 1996, his exclusive copyrighted “Mountain theme” includes rings, pendants and earrings, available at select galleries in the region. Purchase one of VENGOECHEA’s unusual Dali-esque creations or browse in this quaint, artisan-owned gallery in a museum-quality setting, with recessed shadow boxes enticing the viewer to study the contents of each box.

We also offer workshops for MAKE YOUR OWN RINGS; available f’or couples (mother/daughter; husband/wife; boyfriend/girlfriend; sister/sister; girl’s weekend); ONLY 2 PER CLASS.
Whether you are creatively inclined or want to hand craft your own special ring for yourself or another, or just want to have a fun experience, then this workshop is for you. This 8-hour class includes all your tools and materials with no experience necessary. Choose a select gemstone from our collection. Go home with your hand-made ring that you hand cut, formed, filed, soldered and created with your own hands. Classes available Thurs through Sunday (10:00AM – 6:00PM) and by appointment.
